Buying sticky rice steamed in bamboo on the side of the road in Cambodia. The sticky rice was mixed with black beans and palm sugar, stuffed into a section of bamboo and then steamed over an open fire. It was so delicious!

We also had an awesome view of the Suez Canal today from our jet. Before the canal was constructed to link the Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, all shipping had to round the Horn of Africa!!!!!!!
